Symptoms today

Feeling a lot better than yesterday, mind more clear, headache lingered a bit and then left by the end of the day. My throat is bothering me - harder to swallow, feels like the tonsil stones are gathering and I am coughing up a good bit. I feel hoarse, my tongue feels very fat. I have some shoulder pain. No heart palpitations. I only took 1 of the thyro-complex tablets instead of 2, going to experiment with that. Still constipated though stomach pain is better. Spotting a little?
