Hooray for me - I've now lost 35 pounds! I am feeling pretty good about everything and am very excited to start the 60 day T-Tapp challenge next week. I know that will kick the weight loss up a bit, and more importantly inches lost and toning. :-)

That's great! Could you tell me a typical day's meals? I am trying to cut carbs again after gaining too much during this ongoing sickness! I can't exercise very much or I feel too tired. I do housework and some gardening and hope to add small walks in soon. It's so easy to overdo it right now and get too tired! I'm trying to build up my levels slowly!
